The journal Earth Science Informatics will offer a special issue related to the workshop. Workshop attendees are encouraged to submitt full papers of their presentations to this special issue.
- If you have not submitted to this journal previously you will need to create an account here
- Begin preparing your manuscript according to the journal's guidlines
Manuscript Submission is Now Open
Having completed the above two steps authors may now submit their manuscripts via the Editorial Manager. After logging in, select the "Submit New Manuscript" link, and under "Choose Article Type" select "ESSI Infrastructure". You will then be guided through the submission process for the special issue.

- September 30, 2009 - Manuscripts Due
- November/December, 2009 - Peer Review and Author Revisions
- Late December, 2009 - Notices Sent Out For Accepted Papers
- January, 2010 - Special Issue Published
